Sticky Baked Chicken
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs chicken pieces ,
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Pat your chicken dry with a paper fowl. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the other ingredients on the stove top to create sauce.
  3. Grease a baking dish and place seasoned chicken in the dish. Pour the sticky sauce over top of the chicken. Cover the dish with foil and bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Try to turn the chicken a few times to get an even coating of the sauce on the chicken.
