Crab Crack Dip
Ingredients
  • I pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese , grated
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Epicure’s Cheese , Chives & Bacon Dip Mix
  • 1 tbsp Epicure’s 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese , divided
  • 1 can crab (2 if you’re feeling indulgent)
Instructions
  1. Whip the cream cheese, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese together until well combined. Add in the lemon juice.
  2. Add in the Epicure spices.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and can of well-drained crabmeat.
  4. Transfer dip to a pie plate or other oven proof dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, heat in the oven at 350 F for about 20 minutes, until the cheese on top is bubbly and hot.
