Canada’s Day Strawberry Popsicles

Servings: 6 popsicles
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 ¾ cups vanilla yogurt
  1. Puree the strawberries with the water and maple syrup in a small food processor or blender.
  2. Evenly divide the strawberry puree, spooning it into each of the popsicle molds.
  3. Top with the vanilla yogurt and insert the popsicle sticks in the molds before transferring to the freezer.
  4. Popsicles need at least 4 hours to freeze.
  5. Tip: Run the plastic mold under hot water to release the popsicle.
