Chicken Salad Sandwiches
  • 2 cups cooked chicken , chopped
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup celery , finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Cut the croissants in half. Spoon the chicken salad on to one half of each of the croissants. Top with other half of croissant.
  3. Serve with a side of pickles if desired.
