5cupsminiature marshmallows or 40 large marshmallows
6cupsRice Krispies cereal
Place marshmallows and butter in a large glass bowl that fits in your microwave. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Take the marshmallows out of the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract and food colouring if you're using. I used Wilton's colour paste for a vibrant Pink colour. Once the mixture was well combined, I added in the Rice Krispies. Stir mixture together and transfer into well-greased 9x17 cake pan. Let mixture sit until firmed up.
This recipe can be used for EVERY occasion you can think of. You can even use cookie cutters to cut the squares into shapes, melt chocolate and drizzle over top, add themed sprinkles. The possibilities are endless!
