Rainbow Confetti Sugar Cookies
  • ¾ cup Butter , softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in the sprinkles.
  5. Roll about a tablespoon of the cookie dough into a ball and place on your cookie sheet, pressing down slightly with your hand to form a disc.
  6. Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes, until the edges are just turning brown. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of your cookies.
  7. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
