Homemade Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  1. Add the yeast to the warm water in the bowl of an upright mixer, and let sit for 10 minutes until it foams. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Use the hook to mix everything together and let it knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place a piece of saran wrap and put it aside to proof. When the dough fills the bowl, you’re ready to get rolling.
