Easy Chia Seed Pudding and a trip to the Sugar Bush
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or original)
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ - ½ cup of fruit
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the fruit in a mason jar and stir together. Place lid on the mason jar and store over night in the fridge.
  2. Wash and chop the fruit and top the chia seed pudding.
