Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef for about 8 minutes until brown.

Add the diced onion and green pepper. Cook until just soft, about 5 minutes. Make sure the ground beef is cooked completely

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce. Season with the salt, pepper and onion powder.

Add the beef stock and cornstarch to the cooked beef. Bring to a boil and cook for an additional 2 minutes until thickened.

Cut the Kaiser buns in half and toast under a broiler. Add a slice of cheese to one side and toast until melted.

Spoon some of the meat mixture onto the bun and top with the cheesy side of the bun. Enjoy!
