Each Friday I’ll send you a copy of the 5 day meal plan I’ll be using the following week along with my shopping list and the recipe cards for each of the recipes. I’ll also teach you how I incorporate meal planning into my life so that I can eat healthier, save time and money.
Why only 5 days? Every plan needs a little wiggle room. Those extra two days are for heading out for dinner or enjoying the leftovers some of the recipes may provide. This meal plan is based on feeding a family of 4, however you could stretch it to feed 5 or 6.
