Which could really be EVERYDAY, amiright???
I was originally going to call these my “kitchen sink pizza subs” because you can literally put anything and everything you want on these pizza subs. With a little planning you could top these pizza subs with some pretty delicious pizza options however you could also dig through your fridge to see what you have for a last minute meal. The three mandatory ingredients are sub buns, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. And maybe pepperoni. They are pizza subs after all.
Super Fast Pizza Subs

Instructions

Divide the pizza sauce among the buns, spreading it over the surface of each slice.
-

Once your pizzas are assembled, place them in the oven on the lower rack for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly. Match up the top of your sub bun with the bottom and cut in half to serve.
